The MedAssets Regional Education Forum (previously titled the MedAssets Southeastern Healthcare Business Summit) is similar to our annual MedAssets Healthcare Business Summit held in Las Vegas in a few ways. This event includes educational sessions (most of which are focused specifically on supply chain), special events, entertainment, golf, fishing, tennis and perhaps best of all, the vendor fair where your attendees can speak one-on-one with what could be, your future customers. However, this event is smaller and more intimate with roughly 300 attendees from the southeast, 100 vendor booths at the vendor fair, and lasts just 3 days.
An addition to the 2008 MedAssets Regional Education Forum is the Reverse Vendor Fair. This event provides you with an opportunity to meet with key IDN supply chain executives from several MedAssets customer health systems and Integrated Delivery Networks. Designed as a "Meet & Greet" event, these brief introductions will hopefully allow you to develop new key contacts with some of MedAssets' larger customers. Additional details will be provided to help you prepare for this event, however, we request that national account representatives meet with the various IDNs, promoting a more successful meeting for both parties. We are also offering a MedAssets Open House, which will provide you with the opportunity to meet with various departments within MedAssets.
MedAssets has taken steps to ensure that all attendees leave our meeting with a new look at the industry, the technology that is on the horizon, and ways to make a difference in their organization. Check back for more information on exhibiting at the vendor fair or attending the event.
